Who we are:At Caracol, we're not just changing the game: we're redefining the rules of the manufacturing world and expanding the boundaries of what's possible.Since our foundation in Milan, Italy, in ****, we've been on a mission to revolutionizeAdvanced Manufacturing.By pioneering cutting-edge technology, we tackle the most complex challenges across sectors – from aerospace to marine, from energy to design and architecture.Our solutions combineadvanced robotics with additive manufacturing,enabling high-performance, large-scale production with unmatched efficiency and sustainability.Central to our innovation are our flagship platformsHeron AM, for 3D printing of large-scale composite parts andVipra AM, to produce large-scale metal components, and theEidos ManufacturingSoftware Suite.With Europe's largest LFAM production center, a facility in Austin, TX, and an office in Dubai, Caracol operates on a truly global scale where innovation, collaboration, and passion drive everything we do.Join Caracol and be part of a diverse, talented teampushing the boundaries of additive manufacturingandshaping a more sustainable futureJOIN US ON THE JOURNEY TO BUILD BEYOND POSSIBLEWho we are looking for:As ourCRM Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind customer engagement, designing and implementing campaigns and journeys that create personalized experiences and long-term relationships.This role sits at the heart of Marketing, working closely with Sales, Business Development, and Trade Marketing.You will build on the existing foundations of Microsoft Dynamics 365, but there is stillmuch to structure and develop— from segmentation strategies and automation flows to dashboards, reporting, and partner engagement mechanisms.Your mission will be to turn CRM and Reserved Area into apowerful engines for lead management, conversion, retention, and loyalty, while supporting Caracol's global growth and partner ecosystem.Few examples of responsibilities:Design and execute CRM campaigns supporting lead nurturing, acquisition, onboarding, and retention.Build and optimize segmentation strategies and automation flows tailored to customer type and stage.Strengthen lead capture and tracking across events, digital channels, and partner sources; explore lead scoring strategies to prioritize opportunities.Optimize dashboards, reporting, and data flows (e.g., Power BI) to provide actionable insights in real time.Monitor CRM KPIs and campaign performance, analyzing results and proposing improvements.Ensure consistent data quality, tagging, and follow-up processes across teams.Develop initiatives to enhance customer retention and loyalty, including structured nurturing programs, value-added content, and upselling mechanisms.Support CRM adoption by creating documentation, training materials, and best practice guidelines.Coordinate with external partners for CRM development, upgrades, and integrations.Support partner engagement initiatives with co-marketing materials and alignment to global campaigns.Ideal Background:Degree in Business, Marketing, Management Engineering, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in CRM management or marketing operations, ideally in a B2B or tech-driven environment.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365Experience in email marketing, customer segmentation, and automation workflows.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategic insights.Excellent English communication skills (C1); Italian is considered a plus.What we offer:Competitive salaryFlexible working hours and smartworkingOpportunity for career advancementFriendly, international and innovative work environmentContinuous learning and development opportunitiesCaracol is an equal opportunity employer.We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.Join us in shaping the future of Additive Manufacturing Apply today and be part of our success story.
