OverviewJoin to apply for theField Service Engineer (Flying Doctor)role atMSX InternationalDescrizione dell\'aziendaMSX International Groupis the leading global provider of outsourced business solutions for the automotive industry making business in more than 80 countries.MSXI\u****s deep industry expertise combined with advanced data analytics and custom software solutions improve the performance of automotive dealership networks by increasing revenue, reducing cost, and enhancing customer satisfaction.Descrizione del lavoroL\'obiettivo di questo ruolo é fornire supporto al cliente nella risoluzione di inconvenienti tecnici presenti sui veicoli, sia attraverso interventi on-site che da remoto e fornire supporto tecnico-diagnostico, on-site a tutti gli stakeolders della filiera di riparazione.I Compiti Principali SarannoOperare anche come Advisor, fornendo supporto diagnostico ai Riparatori Autorizzati ed agli Operatori Indipendenti relativamente alla riparazione dei veicoli, sia tramite sistema di ticketing che telefonicamente;Gestire le richieste di supporto del Cliente e dei Riparatori Autorizzati applicando le procedure dettagliate nei manuali operativi di progetto e in tutti i successivi aggiornamenti e integrazioni al fine di:analizzare e comprendere inconvenienti tecnici e fornire relative raccomandazioni;fornire spiegazioni ed approfondimenti sulle procedure diagnostiche e sulla letteratura tecnica pubblicata dal Cliente;Registrare elettronicamente i dettagli delle richieste gestite seguendo le istruzioni e le linee guida descritte nei manuali operativi di progetto e in tutti i successivi aggiornamenti / integrazioni;Fare escalation per le casistiche tecniche / situazioni considerate critiche o non contemplate dalle Procedure Operative di progetto o che impediscano il corretto svolgimento dei compiti assegnati;Accettare altri incarichi relativi all\'attività di THD Helpdesk;Gestire in autonomia la preparazione degli interventi on-site (contatto preventivo con il Riparatore/Allestitore, pianificazione degli spostamenti e dei pernottamenti, prenotazione delle strutture alberghiere, ecc.);Interfacciarsi in modo autonomo con i referenti dei reparti tecnici.QualificheLaurea in Ingegneria;Precedente esperienza come Field Engineer o come Advisor di una Technical Helpdesk nel settore automotive, truck, industrial o agriculture;Ottima conoscenza della tecnologia Automotive;Precisione ed attenzione ai dettagli;Capacità analitiche e di problem solving;Possesso patente di guida di tipo 'B' o superiore;Inglese Livello B1 scritto e parlato.Disponibilitá di viaggiare, essere itineranteUlteriori informazioniMSX è un datore di lavoro che rispetta le pari opportunità e incoraggia positivamente le candidature di candidati idonei e qualificati, indipendentemente da sesso, razza, disabilità, età, orientamento sessuale, riassegnazione di genere, religione o convinzioni personali, stato civile, gravidanza o maternità.In quanto utenti del programma "Disability Trust", garantiamo un colloquio a tutti i candidati disabili che soddisfano i criteri minimi per il posto vacante.Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesAutomotive#J-*****-Ljbffr
