We offer our greatest welcome to the people who enjoy the challenges.After 4 years of growth in the Italian market, we need to incorporate a new sales agent.Scope of DutiesDevelop hunting/outdoor market, and carry out market research, competitor, and customer surveys in the North / Center of Italy.Find potential business opportunities and business growth pointsApproaching and establishing new, solid, and long-term relationships with customersPresentation of the products to the potential customersSupport marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.Perform lobbying in associations and interest groups.Position PARD as the preferred product for consultants.Prepare reports required by the management.Our expectationsAt least 5 years of experience in BDM / commercial agent position in local Outdoor/Hunting market.Hunting experience or adequate shooting practiceNative-level Italian skills required . Fluent English will be a plus.Accept intensive business travelling request: 50% of the work outside with at least 20 weekends at Fairs and Events.Being open minded to working in a multi-cultural companyGreat communication skills, positive attitude, initiative, honesty, and integritySolid skills in Excel, Outlook, and related productsWhat we offer~ B2 B professional services contract + Contratto a durata indeterminate~60k base salary and promising increase rate~ Quarterly bonus + yearly bonus~40k~ flexible working time~ company car for business and private usage~ business telephone and computer~ multicultural, creative and positive atmosphere in an international company
