Agave, esclusivo ristorante nel cuore di San Pantaleo, è alla ricerca di un/unaBar Managerappassionato/a e motivato/a, con una forte attitudine alla leadership, capace di garantire un servizio impeccabile per gli ospiti del bar dell'hotel e del rooftop.Responsabilità principali:· Gestire e coordinare il team assicurando efficienza, armonia e alta qualità del servizio· Supervisionare il servizio bar, dalla preparazione di cocktail e bevande alla cura dei dettagli del beverage experience· Garantire standard elevati di qualità, presentazione e igiene (HACCP)· Collaborare con la cucina e il team di sala per creare sinergia durante i servizi· Curare l'organizzazione e il riordino delle aree bar· Sviluppare e proporre nuove idee di drink e beverage experience, coerenti con l'identità del locale· Monitorare scorte, forniture e inventario, ottimizzando costi ed efficienza· Formare, motivare e supportare il team, favorendo crescita professionaleRequisiti:· Pregressa esperienza come Bar Manager o in ruoli di responsabilità· Capacità di leadership e naturale attitudine al dialogo con ospiti e collaboratori· Creatività, precisione e attenzione ai dettagli, con forte orientamento alla qualità del servizio· Flessibilità, proattività e capacità di adattarsi alle diverse situazioni operative· Disponibilità a lavorare su turni, compresi weekend e festiviBenefits:· Vitto e alloggio per candidati non residenti
