Cosa farai?Coordinamento, motivazione e sviluppo professionale di un team di circa 24 persone.Pianificazione e gestione delle turnazioni h24.Monitoraggio infrastrutturale, networking e applicativoSupervisione e supporto ai progetti in corso.Gestione delle segnalazioni interne del team e risoluzione delle criticità.Utilizzo di strumenti di gestione e analisi: Lytil, Microsoft BAI e sistemi di reportistica.Garantire il rispetto degli standard qualitativi e organizzativi aziendali.?? Caratteristiche e requisiti richiestiDiploma ad indirizzo scientifico, informatico o in discipline affiniPregressa esperienza nella gestione di team nel settore IT (preferibilmente in contesti di monitoring and control room o simili).Capacità organizzative e di pianificazione (gestione turni e attività complesse).Competenze nella lettura e analisi della reportistica.Conoscenza degli strumenti Microsoft e preferibilmente di Microsoft BAI e Lytil.Leadership, attitudine alla gestione delle persone e orientamento al risultato.Disponibilità alla flessibilità oraria.??
