Knitwear Technical Creative Product Developer Il Gruppo Zegna è alla ricerca di una risorsa che entri a far parte del team Maglieria presso lo stabilimento produttivo di Verrone (Biella).La risorsa dovrà realizzare prototipi, size-set e master di produzione in maglia sia nello stabilimento produttivo del Gruppo sia presso terzisti, garantendo il rispetto degli standard metodologici/qualitativi e rispettando i tempi definiti per la consegna.ATTIVITA' LEGATE AL RUOLOGovernare il processo in tutte le fasi di realizzazione, dal filato alla maglia finita;Verificare le tecniche di tessitura, rimaglio e di cucito individuando eventuali difetti;Gestire la relazione con i reparti interni, il CAD, il Brand ed i terzisti, garantendo il rispetto delle tempistiche di consegna e la buona qualità del prodotto;Definire gli standard qualitativi del capo finito intervenendo nella risoluzione di problematiche di metodo ed esecuzione;Gestione ed aggiornamento della documentazione tecnica.COMPETENZE RICHIESTEConoscenza di materia prima, tessitura e maglia;Comprensione delle logiche produttive industriali;Spiccate capacità di problem solving ed attenzione al dettaglio;Buone doti negoziali ed assertività;Buone doti relazionali e di comunicazione;Autonomia e capacità di lavorare per obiettivi;Conoscenza pacchetto Office e Outlook;Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi;Disponibilità a trasferte.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionProduct Management and MarketingRetail Luxury Goods and Jewelry#J-*****-Ljbffr
