Project Manager Culturale / RCC – Rapporto con i Contenuti Spazio Geco – Luoghi della cultura, accessibilità, installazioni multimediali Spazio Geco ricerca un/una Project Manager culturale (RCC – Rapporto con i Contenuti) che subentrerà all'attuale PM entro fine aprile **** , per il coordinamento di progetti museali e culturali complessi, con particolare focus su accessibilità, multimedialità e installazioni interattive.Il ruolo La figura sarà responsabile del coordinamento contenutistico e operativo di cantieri museali e luoghi della cultura , fungendo da interfaccia tra curatela, team interni e fornitori, e garantendo l'avanzamento dei lavori su più progetti in parallelo.Il ruolo è centrale nella nostra organizzazione e richiede una presenza continuativa in azienda e una forte capacità di gestione simultanea di commesse eterogenee.Responsabilità principali Gestione e coordinamento di progetti culturali e museali dalla fase di avvio alla consegna Interlocuzione diretta con curatori, enti committenti e direzioni lavori Coordinamento dei contenuti e delle soluzioni di: video (inclusi video LIS ) sistemi di accessibilità museale (mappe tattili, plastici interattivi, supporti multisensoriali) QR code e web app interattive installazioni immersive e interattive in cantiere Pianificazione, monitoraggio e aggiornamento degli stati di avanzamento lavori (SAL) Coordinamento costante con: Responsabili di Produzione e Allestimento ICT – Media Lab Team Design Integrazione delle strategie di gestione del cantiere sulla base dei feedback dei responsabili di reparto Gestione simultanea di più progetti (da piccoli a medi, con alcuni progetti di maggiore complessità), con tempi e priorità variabili Profilo ideale Laurea in ambito culturale, umanistico, design, beni culturali o affini Esperienza professionale già consolidata (indicativamente 3–6 anni) in: project management culturale cantieri museali o allestimenti per luoghi della cultura Competenze documentate di project management (formazione specifica e applicazione pratica su progetti reali) Ottima capacità di coordinamento di team multidisciplinari Forte attitudine organizzativa, autonomia e affidabilità Capacità di lavorare su più commesse in parallelo senza perdere visione d'insieme Disponibilità a trasferte (interamente coperte dall'azienda) Presenza e modalità di lavoro Presenza in sede richiesta: almeno 3–4 giorni a settimana Disponibilità continuativa durante le fasi critiche di progetto Inquadramento e compenso Contratto full-time – 40 ore settimanali Tempo determinato ***** mesi , con possibilità di evoluzione Compenso: ***** € netti/mese + straordinari pagati se necessari 14 mensilità Trasferte sempre coperte al 100% dall'azienda in tutta Italia Perché Spazio Geco Entrerai in una realtà che lavora su progetti culturali ad alto impatto sociale e culturale , con una forte attenzione a: accessibilità design for all innovazione tecnologica nei luoghi della cultura innovazione in campo culturale con tecnologie e story telling
