About Intuendi Intuendi is a fast-growing SaaS company founded by data scientists and researchers from the University of Florence. Our AI-powered demand planning platform helps global commerce and retail businesses optimize inventory, maximize sales, and reduce costs. We're expanding internationally and looking for a hands-on, experiment-driven Growth Hacker to accelerate our marketing engine. Your Mission Drive Intuendi's next stage of growth by building and scaling data-driven marketing experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention. You'll blend creativity, analytics, and automation to turn insights into measurable growth. What You'll Do Design and run growth experiments across paid, organic, and product-led channels. Optimize Intuendi's SaaS funnel (AARRR) — from awareness to retention. Execute and scale SEO, content, LinkedIn Ads, and email automation campaigns. Collaborate with Sales and Product to align growth initiatives with pipeline goals. Analyze KPIs (CAC, MQLs, demo requests, conversion rates) and double down on what works. Experiment in multiple markets (UK, Italy, US) to find scalable growth levers. Who You Are 2 years in growth or digital marketing, ideally in SaaS / B2B. Fluent with HubSpot, GA4, LinkedIn Ads, or similar tools. Analytical mindset creative problem solver. Experience running A/B tests, optimizing funnels, and automating campaigns.
