Join to apply for the Digital Sales Specialist role at Auto UncleGet AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Be the Partner Dealerships Trust to GrowBuying a car should be exciting, yet for most, it's exhausting.People spend weeks drowning in options, second-guessing, and delaying decisions until they finally buy out of sheer fatigue.That is broken, and we are on a mission to fix it.Our technology empowers millions of consumers and supports more than 700 dealerships in transforming how they sell, grow, and future-proof their business.About the RoleWe are looking for a Digital Sales Consultant (Field Sales) to help dealerships in Lazio, Campania, and surrounding regions grow their business and adapt to a fast-changing market.Reporting to the Head of Sales, this role is all about being out in the field, building relationships, and driving results.You will spend on average three days per week meeting clients and prospects on-site, combining consulting, selling, and training.Once a month you will join the wider team in Milan to share insights and align on strategy.When you are not on the road, you will work remotely, managing your portfolio and preparing for the next round of visits.At Auto Uncle, we are not a marketing tool, but more of a sales partner.Our platform helps dealerships generate high-quality leads, strengthen their margins, and reduce dependency on external platforms.While working closely with our Marketing, Digital Ops, and Product teams, your role is to show dealers how to sell smarter and build consumer trust in the process.What You Will DoBuild and manage a portfolio of dealerships, achieving targets through new business, upsell, and cross-sellTravel regularly to meet clients and prospects on-site, selling our Saa S solutions, delivering training, and tailored consultancyTravel once per month to the Milan office to collaborate with the teamDevelop and maintain a strong pipeline, exceeding KPIs and revenue goalsAdvise on digital tools (Google Analytics, tracking systems, etc.) and optimize performanceMonitor portfolio health and uncover upsell/cross-sell opportunitiesAbout YouMinimum 2 years of B2 B tech sales or consulting experience in a high-activity environment, including at least 1 year of remote field salesConfident communicator with strong leadership skills and the ability to engage C-level stakeholdersProven track record of managing the full sales cycle and delivering resultsTrack record of success in cold outreach, lead generation, and business developmentPassion for digital tools, sales performance, and helping businesses growNative-level Italian and fluent English (our internal company language)Valid driving license and access to a car (all travel expenses, including km reimbursement, are covered)What We OfferCompetitive salary based on experience (starting at 35k + 15k OTE uncapped)Full reimbursement of travel expenses, including mileageRemote work when not on-site visiting clients or the Milan officePerks such as free office lunch, extra parental leave (m/f), and opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative environmentSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionSales, Business Development, and Strategy/PlanningIndustriesTechnology, Information and Internet
