following requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role within a multinational or complex organizational environmentProven track record in digital strategy development, performance management, and digital product innovationStrong expertise in digital strategy design and execution, including omnichannel marketing and customer experience optimizationSolid understanding of AI-driven marketing solutions, personalization engines, and automation tools, with ability to assess and integrate emerging technologies for business impactProficiency in analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), marketing automation systems, and data-driven decision-makingFamiliarity with UX/UI principles, customer journey mapping, and innovation frameworksExceptional strategic thinking and ability to
