Context:Within the Regulatory & Scientific Affairs team and in an international and multicultural environment, as Junior Specialist ofEHS Regulatory & Scientific Affairsyou will ensure full regulatory compliance of products by monitoring requirements, updating technical databases, and executing assigned regulatory tasks with accuracy and timeliness, contributing to the organization's scientific and regulatory excellence.Key Responsibilities:- you will be responsible for the execution of one time tasks, assigned by a regulatory process owner, team leader or project manager, according to existing procedures and agreed timelines.- you will be responsible for the execution of repeated, long standing tasks, assigned by a regulatory process owner, team leader or project manager, according to existing procedures and agreed timelines.- you will report on a weekly basis on their activities, raise issues and unclear points in procedures, bring examples and actively participate to team meetingsMission:- Monitor regulatory news and regulations EHS|REACH – CLP- Update products and databases with regulatory information- Participate to product driven or customer driven projectsKey skills and requirements:- Science Background (minimum bachelor degree)- Accuracy, Attention to detail, Willing to work alone and in team- Mastery of Excel- Reading comprehension skills, analytic approach- Self organization and time management skills- Reliability and sense of responsibility- Professional working proficiency in Italian language.- Proficient in English, both in written and verbal communication.- (optional) 1 additional foreign language of interestWhat can you expect from us?Space and encouragement to suggest ideas and solutionsInternational and multicultural environment??Interesting internal growth
