Siamo alla ricerca di un Bid Manager esperto che coordini la preparazione e la presentazione di offerte competitive nel settore ferroviario.Il candidato ideale gestir l'intero processo di gara, dall'individuazione dell'opportunit fino all'aggiudicazione del contratto, garantendo il rispetto dei requisiti del cliente e l'allineamento con la strategia aziendale.Responsabilit principali Gestire l'intero ciclo di vita del processo di gara, dalla pre-qualifica alla presentazione finale.Coordinare team di offerta multidisciplinari (ingegneria, acquisti, finanza, legale, project management) per sviluppare proposte di alta qualit e conformi.Definire strategie di gara, punti di forza e value proposition in collaborazione con il management.Garantire che le offerte vengano consegnate nei tempi, nel budget e in linea con le specifiche del cliente e gli standard aziendali.Redigere executive summary, valutazioni dei rischi e documenti decisionali per gli stakeholder interni.Supervisionare la preparazione della documentazione tecnica, commerciale e finanziaria.Monitorare trend di mercato, competitor e requisiti dei clienti nel settore ferroviario.Promuovere il miglioramento continuo dei processi, strumenti e metodologie di bid management.Sede di Lavoro: Pistoia Modalit Ibrida Assunzione diretta con il Cliente vetrinabakeca
