IntroductionJoin to apply for the Application Developer ServiceNow role at IBM .A career in IBM Consulting is rooted in long-term relationships and close collaboration with clients across the globe.You'll work with visionaries across multiple industries to improve the hybrid cloud and AI journey for the most innovative and valuable companies in the world.Your ability to accelerate impact and make meaningful change for your clients is enabled by our strategic partner ecosystem and our robust technology platforms across the IBM portfolio.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesMotivated, curious and tech-passionate with good experience with ServiceNow, especially a deep knowledge of its components and modules.Work across all ServiceNow modules in the RUN team for an important customer.Provide development and maintenance support for ServiceNow tool implementation and customization.Develop Client Scripts, UI policies, UI Macros, Scheduled Jobs, Flow Designer and Background Scripts to expand ServiceNow usage for the clients.Work on Data Source and build scripts for Transform Map to import the asset/CI data into ServiceNow using import sets.Use Service Catalog items and complex workflows to automate user's daily business processes.Build tables, customize and design forms, fields as per customer needs.Collect customer requirements, write technical documents and design solutions.Demonstrate active listening, respect others' point of view, take ownership, strong communication and interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity, and proven team player and team builder.Be curious, open-minded, ready to explore new technological paths, young professional, willing to be challenged facing up-to-date platforms and frameworks most required in IBM clients' projects.Preferred EducationTechnical DiplomaRequired Technical and Professional ExpertiseBachelor, University or Master Degree in STEM disciplines (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics)Minimal B1 knowledge of English language3+ years of experience with ServiceNow as application developerSkillsServiceNow Module (ITSM, SPM, or HR)HTML / HTML5CSS / CSS3JavaScriptJSONXMLAjaxAngularJSBootstrapJQueryJellyWeb Services (REST, SOAP)WSDLMicroservicesServiceNow CSA or CAD certificationAvailability to travel is an additional mandatory prerequisite.Preferred Technical and Professional ExperienceGood JavaScript skills and knowledge of relational databases.Good knowledge of Now Platform and web services (REST/SOAP).Good knowledge of other ServiceNow modules.Other ServiceNow certifications.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionEngineering and Information TechnologyIndustriesIT Services and IT ConsultingRecruitment notesReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at IBM by 2x.#J-*****-Ljbffr
