Investimento Digitale S.r.l. è una startup innovativa italiana specializzata nello sviluppo di soluzioni software basate su Intelligenza Artificiale per la produttività aziendale.Fino ad oggi abbiamo dedicato ogni energia alla costruzione dei nostri prodotti, non abbiamo curato la forma e la comunicazione.Ora i prodotti sono pronti per il "go-to-market" ed è il momento di costruirne l'immagine e scalarne la crescita.Cerchiamo un CEO & Head of Growth che assuma la guida strategica e operativa della società in vista della fase di go-to-market e successiva exit ****** mesi).ResponsabilitàGestirai l'azienda nel suo insieme, garantendo governance, sviluppo commerciale e pianificazione finanziaria.Avrai in mano la roadmap operativa dei tre prodotti principali — HYPY VoiceMail, HYPY CRM e HYPY Listen — già sviluppati e pronti al lancio.Guiderai il go-to-market e coordinerai le attività di business development, partnership e crescita.Collaborerai in modo costante con il Founder e con il Team di sviluppo.Contribuirai alla definizione dell'immagine aziendale e della strategia di posizionamento esterno.QualificheUn manager esperto nel settore tech / AI / SaaS, con background commerciale e visione strategica.Una persona pragmatica, capace di lavorare in autonomia e con spirito imprenditoriale.Esperienza pregressa in scaling di startup, business development o gestione di prodotti software complessi.Ottima padronanza della lingua inglese.Passione per l'intelligenza artificiale e per l'impatto concreto della tecnologia.CompensoRuolo full-time e chiave per la crescita dell'azienda.Stock option plan e partecipazione all'exit (earn-out) come parte integrante del pacchetto.Ambiente 100% remoto, processi automatizzati e supporto AI interno.Collaborazione diretta con il Founder e il team tecnico.Retribuzione riservata, definita in base a competenze, track record e valore apportato.LocationRemoto – EuropaTipo di contrattoFull-time | Equity Stock Option PartnershipCandidaturaCandidati via e-mail e raccontaci in che modo potresti guidare Investimento Digitale nella sua prossima fase di crescita.#J-*****-Ljbffr
