Customer Service (m/w/d) Du bist gut im Organisieren, bleibst freundlich am Telefon und bekommst Dinge sauber erledigt?Dann bist du wahrscheinlich genau die Person, die wir suchen.VBH ist eine internationale Gruppe im Bereich Baubeschlag.Bei uns geht's um Qualität, Tempo und Verlässlichkeit Was du machst Du bearbeitest Aufträge und Angebote (innerhalb definierter Rahmen) Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für Kunden zu Lieferstatus, Versand, Bestellungen, Dokumenten Du prüfst offene Aufträge und erkennst Verzögerungen bevor der Kunde anruft Du koordinierst täglich mit Logistik (Prioritäten, dringende Aufträge, Retouren) Du pflegst Kundendaten und bearbeitest Mails Du unterstützt den Vertrieb operativ: Standardangebote, Follow-ups, Doku-Check Wichtig (damit's passt) Du entscheidest keine strategischen Preise und machst keine High-Level Technikberatung Du arbeitest strukturiert und zuverlässig Was wir uns wünschen Erfahrung im Customer Service / Backoffice / Innendienst ist top Deutsch und Italienisch in Wort und Schrift Du bist genau, schnell und hast keine Angst vor den gängigen Software (MS-Office, Business Central) Was du bekommst Stabiler Arbeitgeber, internationales Umfeld Team, das zusammenarbeitet (ja, wirklich) Klarer Rahmen + Möglichkeit zu wachsen 4,5 Tage Woche eine leistungsgerechte Entlohung Wir freuen uns auf deine Bewerbung
