Contract Engineer – TotalEnergies Italia ServiziLocation: Milan, Lombardy, Italy.Contexte et environnementTotalEnergies Italia Servizi fournit des services professionnels sur mesure à toutes les Business Units en Italie, garantissant professionnalisme, durabilité et progrès, tout en mettant l'accent sur la santé, la sécurité et les droits humains.ActivitésContract Strategy & ManagementDevelop and validate contract strategies, adapt templates to local conditions, and provide guidance on contractual matters.Prepare, negotiate, and finalize commercial and technical terms, ensuring compliance with HSE, legal, and company standards.Maintain supplier and contract databases, monitor ongoing contracts, manage claims, amendments, and renewals.Tendering & Market AnalysisConduct market studies, pre-qualify bidders, define evaluation criteria, and manage invitations to bid.Perform bid analysis (technical and commercial) and participate in award recommendations.Collaboration & ReportingWork closely with DUET and TGP counterparts, attend committees and category boards, and report procurement initiatives.Liaise with C&P Methods for planning, statistics, and best practices.Compliance & GovernanceEnsure adherence to company rules, HSE standards, and applicable legislation.Participate in audits and support legal/insurance teams in dispute resolution.Site MissionsConduct periodic visits to EP affiliate in Basilicata to support contract activities.Profil du candidatDegree in Management Engineering (preferred) or related field.Minimum 5 years' experience in contracts and procurement within Oil & Gas.Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills; ability to multitask.Proficiency in SAP and MS Office; knowledge of contract law and procurement processes.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at TotalEnergies by 2x.Get notified about new Contract Engineer jobs in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.TotalEnergies valorise la diversité, promeut le développement individuel et offre des opportunités d'emploi égales à tous les candidats.#J-*****-Ljbffr
