experience an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completion.ResponsibilitiesAs a Data Center Construction Manager, contribute to construction project management and oversight of construction-related activities for new builds or general capital projects, owning scope, quality, schedule, and budget.Direct interface with construction general contractors during bidding, award, execution, and project closeout/punch list phases.Conduct negotiations with general contractors and evaluate bids/proposals with detail and accuracy.Create construction project scope and requests for proposals.Perform financial analysis of construction projects.Manage projects aimed at increasing resiliency of data centers.Conduct constructability reviews of electrical and mechanical designs for new or optimized data centers.Manage construction documents, including submittal review, RFIs, change orders, and invoicing.Ensure construction project quality control and record/report key construction metrics.Lead teams to perform troubleshooting and root-cause failure analysis for equipment failures.Act as a leader within the group and with internal and external ideas to completion.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related fieldExperience taking new design concepts through exploration, development, and deployment or mass productionExperience with MS Excel, Word, and Windows operating systemsExperience with power management and power monitoring systemsPreferred Qualifications5+ years of project management in data centers or comparable critical infrastructureKnowledge of critical data center equipmentKnowledge of engineering documentation, electrical diagrams, and standard operating proceduresKnowledge of building codes and regulations including Life Safety, BOCA, NFPA, NEC, or OSHAExperience in Data Center Engineering Operations with a deep understanding of electrical and
