La risorsa avrà la responsabilità strategica e operativa dell'area Finance, fornendo un supporto concreto alle decisioni aziendali attraverso analisi finanziarie mirate. Principali responsabilità Supervisione e gestione del team Finance (contabilità e tesoreria) Gestione diretta delle attività contabili e amministrative, incluse le chiusure mensili, trimestrali e annuali Predisposizione del bilancio civilistico e supporto alla revisione contabile Coordinamento degli obblighi fiscali, civilistici e societari Analisi economico-finanziarie, monitoraggio di costi, forecast e budget Gestione dei rapporti con auditor, consulenti fiscali e istituti di credito Ottimizzazione e semplificazione dei processi e delle procedure contabili per migliorare l'efficienza operativa Collaborazione interfunzionale con HQ e altre sedi del Gruppo, fornendo analisi finanziarie mirate a supporto delle decisioni strategiche Requisiti Formazione in ambito economico-finanziario 5–8 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi, preferibilmente in contesti industriali / manifatturieri Conoscenza operativa di SAP ERP Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese Approccio operativo e pratico, oltre a capacità di coordinamento Sede di lavoro : provincia di Bolzano J-*****-Ljbffr
