The position will be based at our office in Padova.About The RoleOn AutoProff many cars are published every day from Italian dealers. And traded across EU. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring auctions and platform success.You will be working in team with Sales and Customer Support to ensure one voice approach to the customers.Let's Dive Into Your Key ResponsibilitiesBe a point of reference for our customers all along the way during the auction process.Ensure that auction prices are defined as quickly and accurately as possible for the best success of the platform.Daily monitor the progress of the auctions in order to optimize transactions on the platform.Work in Team with your teammates to ensure you do achieve together challenging operational targets (# of cars on auction, # of cars sold, % of Sales Rate, # of bids, etc.).Support and manage customer complaints in coordination and collaboration with the various Teams involved.The Need-to-have SkillsKnowledge of the automotive market (makes, models, prices, etc.).Preferred background in the Automotive market (dealerships or automakers or consulting firms specializing in the field).A systematic and analytical approach to problem-solving.Good time management skills and strong propensity for teamwork.Good communication skills, and fluent in EnglishReally enjoy championing a truly productive team spiritYou will thrive in this role if youHave experience in price definition in the automotive space.Have previous experience in customer facing operational roles.Are goal-oriented and ambitious and want to further develop your experience and competencies.Thrive in a dynamic work environment with high pace and high energy.No ego in the room but think team.About AutoProffAutoProff is a fully transparent digital B2B vehicle platform where professionals can seamlessly and securely sell and buy vehicles directly via AutoProff's online auction, with a unique range of integrated on-demand trading services (including on-site car appraisal, wholesale price guidance, guaranteed minimum pricing, secure escrow-based trading, and car transportation) or sell cars via AutoProff's fully managed, end-to-end selling service.AutoProff also provides C2B web solutions for dealerships, internal digital trading solutions for larger dealership groups and their ecosystems, as well as dedicated enterprise solutions for leasing, rental and insurance firms.
