business growth and expansion goals.- Drive talent acquisition strategies to support scaling operations and entry into new markets.- Develop workforce planning and succession strategies for critical roles in a growing organization.- Support organizational change initiatives, including new systems, processes, and cultural integration.- Monitor employee engagement and implement programs that foster retention and high performance.- Ensure compliance with local labor laws while harmonizing HR practices across multiple countries (Italy, France and Germany) with further expansion opportunities.- Provide data-driven insights and HR analytics to inform strategic decisions on growth and workforce optimization.- Support with operational tasks.All members enjoy- Two working days per year of experience as an HRBP in dynamic and complex environments (ideally a combination of start-up and structured companies).- Strong knowledge of Italian labour laws and employee relations practices.- Proven experience in strategic HR management and business transformation.- Ability to translate business strategy into HR initiatives.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and scalability.- Ability to operate with agility and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.- Ability to work independently, without the support of
