Description Role Mission The mission is to develop learning solutions, implement, monitor and measure the impact in terms of business performance and/or people performance promoting innovative learning strategy more and more digital.This role will act as the first point of contact for the individual business owners for all training activities cross channels.Key Accountabilities & ResponsibilitiesThe Business Training Manager will manage the training activities for their specifically assigned scope of work.The primary training activities will include:STAKEHOLDERS MANAGEMENTManage the relationships between the business owners and the Training teamWork with the business owners to assess training needs and to define training prioritiesConsistently and effectively communicate the training impact and ROTI (Return on Training Investment) to the business ownersMonthly review with business owners to ensure priorities and needs are being metPEOPLE MANAGEMENTManage a team of store trainersCreate a development plan for the teamDefine priorities and objectivesMonitor the performanceCONSULTANTBe the "Training Expert" and partner for the business ownersProvide effective recommendations and solutions to meet Business Training needsDEPLOYMENTCollaborate with Retail Leaders, Global Retail Academy and Store Trainers to create effective deployment plansFacilitate learning and coaching sessions in store, classroom, and special events (up to 50% of time)PERFORMANCEManage the budget and measure the ROTI for assigned areaMonitor the Training KPIs according to the global framework (NPS, Retention, Behaviours, ROTI)Monitor & Analyse Business KPIs in order to identify learning solutions to impact salesCOMMUNICATIONSBe the voice of the Retail AcademyDevelop and execute communication strategies tied to the Business Training projectsBe a Change Management leader for all Business Training processes and Retail evolutionPROJECT DELIVERYCollect, maintain, and share project timelines and content delivery datesEnsure training content and delivery is meeting communicated expectationsRequirementsFUNCTIONALMin. 7 yrs in the Retail Industry (ideally including Retail shop floor background)Previous experience in training departments and/or in roles where training and developing others was part of the job missionProject ManagementFamiliar working with Business stakeholders at all levels of an organizationStrong Retail Business OrientationKnowledge of adult learning techniquesProven experience of presentation and people developmentExperience in Digital LearningGood analytics approachInternational experience and Strong cultural sensitivityFluency in English; knowledge of other languages is appreciated.Well spoken, agile approach, can do attitude and high teamwork skillsBEHAVIOURThinks in a connected way, understanding how own decisions impact othersGenerates insights from a wide-range of available internal and external trends around D&I and turns them into effective strategies and programsWork beyond hierarchy, to build bridges and brings people to work collaboratively.Communicates impactfully and adapts messaging in a way that it inspires others to act.A flexible mindset, at ease with changes and new ways of working.Is energized by an environment that operates in ambiguous and volatile conditionsExceptional at coaching others and helping people across the organization to realize their potential.Removes barriers and provides freedom to actMakes things happen with and through others and takes accountability for own actionsKey challengesThe role involves a high number of stakeholders (internal and external) and requires influencing skills.Agility in the approach and in reviewing priorities, in line with the business needsBalancing a global approach with local needsJob TypeRegularStart Date**********ScheduleFull timeOrganizationGuccio Gucci S.p.A.#J-*****-Ljbffr
