Set to open in Q******, Blox Space is a physical innovation hub and office space located in the heart of downtown Turin, Italy.Designed around Bitcoin-native values, Blox Space provides a dedicated workplace for companies, teams, and founders building the future of money.We operate as a coworking and office space for startups and established companies in the Bitcoin industry, offering flexible work environments and hosting full teams within our premises.Alongside the physical space, Blox Space acts as a strategic partner for companies seeking Bitcoin talent, supporting recruitment efforts across the Turin and Italian market and connecting businesses with highly skilled professionals.Blox Space is also an event and community venue, hosting meetups, workshops, talks, and industry events aimed at fostering collaboration and practical knowledge sharing.Through these initiatives, we strengthen a local and international Bitcoin ecosystem, encouraging hands-on engagement with Bitcoin technologies and creating meaningful connections between builders, companies, and talent.By combining workspace, talent sourcing, and community-driven events in a single physical hub, Blox Space aims to become a reference point for Bitcoin-focused innovation in Italy and beyond.We're currently looking for a Founders Associate to strengthen both the hub and our partner companies.About The RoleWe are looking for a highly driven Founders Associate to work closely with the leadership team on strategic and operational priorities across Blox Space and its partner initiatives.This is a generalist role at the core of an early-stage organization, designed for someone who wants deep exposure to how ambitious projects are built, structured, and scaled.You will support founder-level execution across strategy, operations, finance, people, and organizational development, adapting your focus based on what matters most at each stage.You will act as a force multiplier for leadership, helping translate direction into execution and ensuring that critical initiatives move forward with speed and clarity.What will you do?You will operate across the organization, supporting founders and senior leadership on high-impact projects.Your work will range from analytical problem-solving to hands-on execution, often operating in ambiguous contexts where structure still needs to be built.This role is ideal for someone aiming to develop into a strong operator with a holistic understanding of how complex, mission-driven organizations function.Main ResponsibilitiesWork closely with founders and senior leadership on strategic initiatives, from problem definition through execution.Own and drive cross-functional projects, translating direction into concrete actions and outcomes.Operate across multiple areas as needed, including operations, finance, people, legal, compliance, product, and commercial activities.Support leadership with structured analysis, clear documentation, and high-quality decision-making materials.Help bring structure, prioritization, and follow-through to fast-moving initiatives.Who are we looking for?The ideal candidate for this role has:At least 1 year of experience in a high-expectation environment such as consulting, investing, strategy/operations, or a high-growth startup.Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data, numbers, and financial concepts.Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with limited structure.A strong bias toward execution and ownership.Genuine interest in building a serious, long-term organization from the inside.Please noteThis will be primarily an Italian and English-speaking role, so proficiency at a B2–C1 level in both is crucial for candidate consideration.Work ArrangementsThis is a hybrid position, with office days at the Blox Space Innovation Hub in Turin.Join Blox Space, and us tooIf youre excited by the idea of working at the center of an early-stage organization, learning directly from founders, and helping turn strategy into execution, this role offers a unique opportunity to grow into a top-tier operator.Join Blox Space and help shape the foundations of a Bitcoin-native innovation hub.#J-*****-Ljbffr
