Administrative Manager

Role Philogen S.p.A. is looking for an Administrative Manager who will be responsible for general, management and financial accounting for a subsidiary belonging to a listed group.The successful candidate will join the Administration & Finance function and work closely with the team to ensure accurate accounting processes and timely closing activities.Main Responsibilities Manage general and management accounting activities.Record and review accounting and financial transactions.Support the preparation of statutory financial statements and periodic reporting.Collaborate with the team on monthly and annual closing activities.Liaise with external auditors and consultants.Requirements High school diploma or university degree in Economics, Business Administration or related fields.Previous experience in accounting, preferably within structured organizations or corporate groups.Excellent command of Italian and English; German will be considered a plus.Good knowledge of standard IT tools and accounting software.Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork skills.We Offer A contract and position commensurate with the experience of the selected candidate.Job Location Siena (SI) – Italy We invite interested candidates to submit their applications expressly authorizing the processing of personal data in accordance with Legislative Decree ********.Our recruitment adheres to the provisions of Legislative Decree ********, and we welcome applications from candidates of any gender orientation or expression, sexual orientation, age, ethnicity, or religious belief.
