JOIN THE TEAM THAT'S POWERING PROGRESSBuilding cities.Driving commerce.Fueling Progress.For over 100 years, Allison has powered the vehicles and technology that move our world forward.What powers us?Our employees.From the first person hired by James Allison in **** to the thousands across the globe who work for Allison today, we're driving progress everywhere because we employ top talent worldwide.In both the Allison Transmission and Allison Off-Highway Drive and Motion Systems business units, our team strives to Improve the Way the World Works.Learn more about this role and how you can begindriving your career forwardRole PurposeParticipate to the project of transferring Account Receivable & Credit Management processes currently managed by Dana Finance SSO Lithuania to a new provider in India "SSP" for Allison Off Highway entities (AOH).Facilitate communication between local AOH team and SSP team, following up the performance of the SSP ensuring the sustainability of the AR & Credit Management service while helping local Finance team to guarantee compliance (regulatory-group and SOX), books accuracy and timely closings.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in accurate management of customer account balances through strategic collaboration with SSP team.Coordinate communication over collection activities executed by SSP to maximize efficiency.Cooperate to guarantee compliance with Group policies and local regulatory frameworks.Support local Credit Management team during internal and external audits, ensuring transparency and compliance.Facilitate communications between SSP and local Credit Management to monitor and assess credit risk, implementing proactive measures.RequirementsDegree in Economics, Finance or related disciplines.Knowledge of accounting principles management metrics and credit.Fluent in English (written and spoken).Previous experience in credit management in a multinational context is a plus.Strong proficiency in ERP systems and reporting tools.Strong problem-solving skills and intercultural communication abilities.Soft SkillsStrong focus on precision and meticulous attention to details.Proven ability to deliver results through a goal-oriented approach.Expertise in problem-solving and effective prioritization of tasks.Communication and collaboration skills within international and multicultural environments.Allison Transmission is an equal opportunity employer.We have opportunities for all qualified applicants regardless of age, race, color, sex, religion, creed, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression or veteran status.
