Req ID:******We create smart innovations to meet the mobility challenges of today and tomorrow.We design and manufacture a complete range of transportation systems, from high-speed trains to electric buses and driverless trains, as well as infrastructure, signalling and digital mobility solutions.Joining us means joining a truly global community of more than 38,900 people dedicated to solving real-world mobility challenges and achieving international projects with sustainable local impact.Procurement Project ManagerPurpose of the JobSecure that suppliers QCD performances are in line with objectives for defined project(s).Workpackage owner for the project.Main interface between project & sourcing.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the sourcing activity of the Project• Ensure that the overall QCD target of the WP material under his responsibility is met- Participate to the project management committee- Encompass PSCL output in the overall picture of the project (availability of the purchaser requests on time and on quality for take-over by the buyers, availability of the material for the 1st train, consolidation of the logistic conditions)Communicate project needs and ensure they are properly taken into account• Organize launch meeting toward TSS and Dom- Challenge new gaps compared to tender commitments, incorporates Return on Experience, escalate if any critical delay is occurring in specification availability, facilitates co-operation between Engineering and Sourcing, ask for arbitration in case of conflict- Publish the specific legal requirements to be taken into account in negotiations, after analysis of the customer specific demands and after decision with the PM to flow down (or not) these requirements to the suppliersDefine and implement the Project Sourcing Strategy in full respect of QCD commitments- Establish and agree with the PM on a Project Sourcing Strategy (if not done at Tender stage), in line Platform Sourcing strategy (panel, LCC objectives, dual sources...)- Animates supplier selection through Business Award process, asks for arbitration when relevant- Based on SSM, buyer, SPQD output, supervises contracts execution of selected suppliers until FAI milestoneManage the Material Work Package- Review periodically the QCD material scope (Work packages) with stakeholders, establish a robust "at completion" vision, taken into account risks, ambitions and incertitude- Establish bridge analysis at each SPR cycle- Engage the claim process for the CONQ S2 incidentsKnowledge & ExperienceMASTER in purchasing or equivalent (engineering, project management...)Interest in technical field5 years of experience (Project, Sourcing, Engineering, Quality...)Fluent English and international backgroundGood interpersonal skillsAn agile, inclusive and responsible culture is the foundation of our company where diverse people are offered excellent opportunities to grow, learn and advance in their careers.We are committed to encouraging our employees to reach their full potential, while valuing and respecting them as individuals.Job Type: Experienced#J-*****-Ljbffr
