S&you , brand internazionale del gruppo Synergie dedicato al Professional staffing e alla ricerca e selezione di personale qualificato di Middle Management, seleziona per ampliamento e rafforzamento del proprio staff a Milano 1 HR CONSULTANT - SPECIALIZZAZIONE ENGINEERINGLa risorsa, rispondendo alla Team Leader del territorio, si occuperà di acquisizione, mantenimento e gestione del business in ottica commerciale nei territori assegnati.Si occuperà inoltre dell'intero processo di ricerca e selezione, dall'analisi del fabbisogno del cliente alla chiusura dell'iter selettivo.Nello specifico si occuperà delle seguenti attività:Mappatura del mercato, benchmark retributivi ed employer branding;Acquisizione clienti;Fidelizzazione e gestione del cliente;Gestione del processo di ricerca e selezione di personale qualificato per le aziende clienti;Attività di recruiting e consulenza;Pubblicazione annunci, screening CV, gestione interviste con i candidati;Elaborazione dossier di presentazione;Gestione delle fasi di inserimento del candidato in azienda.Il/La candidato/a si presenta con queste caratteristiche:Laurea ad indirizzo economico o umanistico;Pregressa esperienza in ruolo analogo o di selezione preferibilmente sul segmento engineering;Forte orientamento ai risultati e alla gestione clienti;Propensione all'attività commerciale;Proattività;Ottima capacità relazionale e attitudine alla gestione di più progetti.Offriamo un percorso di formazione in ingresso e continua, un concreto percorso di crescita personale e professionale in un contesto operativo stimolante e in crescita.Per lo svolgimento del ruolo sono previsti benefit.Luogo di lavoro: MilanoL'offerta è rivolta a candidat? nel rispetto del Dlgs ******** e dei Dlgs ******** e ********.Le persone interessate sono invitate a leggere l'informativa privacy ex artt. 13 e 14 del Reg.UE ********.Aut.Min.Prot.N. **** – SG del 16/12/2004
