Clariter, multinazionale leader nel settore IT e della consulenza digitale, è alla ricerca di un/una Delivery Manager da inserire nel suo team.MissioneGarantire il successo operativo ed economico dei contratti acquisiti, assicurando qualità, rispetto degli SLA/KPI, soddisfazione del Cliente e marginalità prevista.Le tue responsabilitàaccountability completadei contratti acquisiti, dalla startup operativa alla chiusura della fornitura.Pianificare e coordinareteam interni ed eventuali terze parti.Monitorare KPI e SLA, assicurando il rispetto dei tempi, del budget e dei deliverable concordati.Gestire la relazione operativacon il Cliente, curando la Customer Satisfaction e abilitando opportunità di cross-selling e up-selling.Gestire proattivamente rischi ed escalation, coinvolgendo i livelli aziendali superiori se necessario.Supportare la gestione delProfit&Lost, assicurando la marginalità attesa e la corretta fatturazione delle milestone.Partecipare attivamente almiglioramento continuodei processi aziendali.Cosa porti con teLaurea o diploma in discipline tecnico-scientifiche o economiche.Esperienza di almeno5 anninella gestione di progetti o contratti ICT complessi.Solida conoscenza delle principali metodologie di IT Project Management (Waterfall,Agile,Hybrid).Capacità di gestire direttamente clienti enterprise e stakeholder tecnici e di business.Conoscenza di strumenti di gestione progetti (es.
