Join to apply for the Commercial Asset Manager role at Greentalent.Greentalent, recruiter specialized in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Energy, Engineering and Environment market, on behalf of an investment and asset management platform addressed to the renewable energy generation sector, is looking for a Commercial Asset Manager.The ideal candidate has a technical background and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the renewable energy sector.The selected professional will join the Asset Management team and report to the Head of Asset Management.Responsibilities:Provide commercial and administrative asset management services;Manage relationship with TSO, DSO and public administrations;Manage PPA/GO contracts and ensure compliance with reporting requirements;Oversee contractual documentation management;Support commercial negotiations for industrial service contracts;Prepare and update technical-administrative documentation for the relevant facilities;Map insurance policies and related costs;Map land lease costs and contracts, and support the Administration team in managing payments;Calculate contract values using applicable indexation formulas;Prepare internal and external reports.Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;Excellent organizational skills and autonomy;Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;Strong communication and interpersonal abilities;Fluent in Italian and English.Location:Rome.Seniority level:Associate.Employment type:Full-time.Job function:Engineering, Project Management, and Administrative.Industries:Services for Renewable Energy.Aegis guarantees equal opportunities (L. ******) - Aegis Srl, AUT.MIN.Prot.***** D.
