Head of Product SafetyGrafton LifeScience*is a dedicated team focusing on enhancing the experiences, skills, and potential of candidates in Sales & Marketing, Clinical Research, Regulatory, and Operations within the Pharmaceutical and Medical sectors.We also specialize in roles related to customer support in the health-impacting distribution field (Pharmacies and Parapharmacies).We are a team of passionate professionals working to guide our candidates towards roles and corporate environments that best match their skills and expectations.TFL Italia Spa, a globally operating company producing specialty chemicals for the leather industry and related industries, is looking for theHead of Product Safetyto lead the Product Safety subgroup within the Product Compliance and Environmental Affairs group.The Head of Product Safety will be responsible for the preparation, review, and management of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) in accordance with global regulatory frameworks, including GHS and local adaptations such as EU CLP.The role operates in an international context, collaborating with colleagues across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.The successful candidate will manage SAP EHS processes for product safety data, ensure compliance with EU-REACH, and align with the Regulatory group.Do you have these skills and requirements?University degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Toxicology, or related field.Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in product safety within the chemical or leather chemicals industry.Proven experience in preparing SDS according to GHS, CLP (EU and non-EU), and dangerous goods rules (ADR, IMDG, IATA).SAP EHS expertise ismandatory.Strong knowledge of EU-REACH and international chemical legislation is advantageous.Experience working in aninternational environmentwith cross-border teams.Fluent English(written and spoken) ismandatory; Italianlanguage skills are beneficial.Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders worldwide.Contract Offer and Working time:Full time, permanent contract.Place of work:Given the physical concentration of the Product Safety team members in Buscate, the general allocation of global functions and accessibility in terms of traveling, the order of priority for the location: Buscate (MI); Montebello (VI) > Italy (remote) > EU.Smart working 3 days a week.If you believe you have the skills and attitude for this role, send us your applicationGrafton LifeScience is a specialization of Gi Group Spa authorized to operate by the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies (Authorization No. 26/11/2004 PROT. **** - SG).The offer is intended for candidates in compliance with Legislative Decree No. ******** and subsequent amendments, as well as Legislative Decrees No. 215 and No. 216 of **** on equal treatment.Candidates are invited to read the privacy notice pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation ******** at the following address:#J-*****-Ljbffr
