Our people in Manufacturing & Global Operations share two priorities: getting things done and making things better.If you're a dynamic person with a positive mindset, you'll fit in well here.It's an international team with a powerful spirit of collaboration.Together, we make sure our products meet the highest standards of quality by constantly searching for ways to improve at every stage of our value chain – from the raw materials we buy through to the logistics network that brings our medicines to patients.Join our team and help us make an even bigger contribution to Grünenthal's future.What The Job Looks LikeEach day you\'ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:Driving continuous improvement activities, monitoring Grunenthal ´s Business system (GOBS) progress, participating in site improvement assessments as well as developing and ensuring follow-through on improvement plansWorking with production & training teams to deliver targeted OPEX training and demonstrate use of Lean/Six Sigma and TPM conceptsOrganizing events/workshops in the department to drive knowledge transfer and sharing of good manufacturing and best demonstrated practicesDeveloping presentations to summarize findings and propose recommendationsSupporting standardization of processes and continuous improvement training materialsLeading SMED activitiesLeading MFA (material flow analysis)What You\'ll Bring To The TableTo make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:Relevant Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree (e.g. mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, chemistry or pharmacy)Minimum 3 years experienced continuous improvement leadership or process engineering roles, implementing Lean and Six Sigma or other OPEX transformations in structured manufacturing companies - Project Management Experience would be beneficialFluent both in Italian and EnglishStrong process engineering and data analysis skillsEmpathy and excellent communication skills, presentation and influencing skills, change management ability and strategic thinkingAdvanced skills with Excel and PowerPoint and in the use of mini-tab toolsGrünenthal offers equal employment opportunities.Recruitment will take place without distinction with regard to religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, origin, disability or other relevant categories.#J-*****-Ljbffr
