I nostri marchi retail, presenti in nove paesi, includono TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Winners, HomeGoods, Sierra, TK Maxx e Homesense.Una parte fondamentale della nostra azienda è rappresentata dai Global Buying Offices , dove i buyer residenti esplorano e acquistano dai mercati regionali alla ricerca di articoli interessanti per i nostri negozi.I Global Buying Offices in Europa sono presenti in Italia, Regno Unito e Portogallo , con collaboratori anche in Polonia, Paesi Bassi e Spagna .Responsabilità principali / Merchandise Assistant - Categorie Protette L. *****Supportare i Buyer nella preparazione della Market WeekSupportare i Buyer nella stesura e aggiornamento degli ordini d'acquistoGestire e monitorare in modo efficiente i campioni di prodottoFornire supporto operativo durante la Market Week, fungendo da punto di contatto per fornitori e partner.Mantenere aggiornate le informazioni sui fornitori e occuparsi dell'archiviazione documentale.Gestire le attività amministrative quotidiane del team.Partecipare agli appuntamenti chiave per supportare la stesura degli ordini e contribuire attivamente alle decisioni di acquisto.Supportare i Buyer nella preparazione di style out, incontri strategici e presentazioni.Possibilità di trasferte, in base alle necessità aziendali.Appartenenza alle categorie protette - L. *****Ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel.Ottima padronanza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata.Proattività e ottime capacità comunicative in un contesto internazionale, con interazioni quotidiane con le sedi estere.Capacità organizzative e gestione efficace delle prioritàSiamo orgogliosi dei nostri successi passati, ma è il futuro a entusiasmarci di più.
