Buccellati is an Italian jewellery, high-jewellery and silversmithing Maison founded in ****, admired in the world for its craftmanship and the uniqueness of its creations.Today, the Buccellati jewels stand out for their design and for the techniques used to create them, such as the hand-engraving technique, dating back to the goldsmithing traditions of the Italian "bottega" of the Renaissance times.The Maison's unrelenting desire to create objects of rare beauty has made Buccellati renowned in the world for a style that is distinct, inimitable and imbued with sophisticated Milanese heritage, at once glamourous and contemporary.The Maison has been part of the global luxury group Richemont since September **** and the Buccellati family is still present in the Company to perpetuate its style and unparalleled craftsmanship tradition.All'interno dell'Ufficio Tecnico del nostro HQ, il Product Development Project Manager è responsabile della pianificazione, esecuzione e chiusura di progetti relativi alla gioielleria, garantendo che siano completati in tempo, nel rispetto del budget e con gli standard di qualità richiesti.Questo ruolo richiede forti competenze relazionali, di organizzazione e comunicazione, nonché una profonda comprensione del settore della gioielleria.Corrispondi a questo profilo?Laurea in Ingegneria, Economia o affini.Esperienza pregressa di 2-4 anni nella gestione di progetti nel settore della gioielleria o simili, con focus sulla parte di Sviluppo Prodotto.Conoscenza base di sistemi PLM, Microsoft Office Suite, in particolare ExcelConoscenza dei software di gestione dei progetti (ad esempio, Microsoft Project, Asana).Certificazione PMP (Project Management Professional) o equivalente è da considerarsi un plus.Ottima conoscenza dell'italiano e dell'inglese.Eccellenti capacità di organizzazione, comunicazione e problem-solving.Capacità di lavorare in team, attenzione ai dettagli, proattività e flessibilità.Forte senso di responsabilità e approccio etico al lavoro.Responsabilità principali :Coordinamento di tutte le fasi di Sviluppo Prodotto : Pianificazione del concept (es. definizione obiettivi, cronogrammi, budget etc.), esecuzione del progetto (es. monitoraggio dell'avanzamento del progetto, gestione del budget e coordinamento con stakeholder e fornitori) e delivery.Apportare miglioramenti ai processi esistenti, proponendo soluzioni per efficienza e qualità, anche attraverso feedback dal mercato e learn by doing.Coordinamento e gestione delle risorse :Supporto alle attività di Controllo Qualità :#J-*****-Ljbffr
