Job ID: ******* | Amazon Data Services, Inc.Amazon Web Services (AWS) Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure.We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on.We work on the most challenging problems with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain and are looking for talented people to help.You'll join a diverse team of software, hardware, network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles.You'll collaborate across AWS to deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers.You'll experience an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completion.Key Job Responsibilities- Facilitate Work Order (WO) and Change Order (CO) requests- Maintain and track the status of contracts in Procore and Contract Central- Build and manage related key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure, control, and benchmark contract processes- Partner with internal teams to identify process and system improvement opportunities- Work closely with internal stakeholders such as program managers, construction managers, pre-construction managers, and legal partner teams to align data and business practices- Own the delivery and backup of Monthly Business Review (MBR) reporting for peer and manager review- Implement and maintain reports and dashboards- Write and maintain internal and external training material and standard operating procedures (SOPs)About the TeamThe Data Center Capacity and Delivery (DCCD) Program Management Office provides administrative project support, leads strategic initiatives, and drives process improvement for Construction customers across the organization.We thrive on operational efficiency and always insist on the highest standards.Basic Qualifications- 2+ years of program or project management experience- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)- Experience with SQLPreferred Qualifications- Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with cross-functional interactions- Experience working in Procore for Construction Project ManagementAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.If you have a disability and need a workplace accommodation or adjustment during the application and hiring process, including support for the interview or onboarding process, please visit for more information.#J-*****-Ljbffr
