OverviewInterested in responding promptly to requests for cloud infrastructure and services?Join us: we work hard, we have fun and we solve problemsIf you are passionate about Cloud and IT infrastructures and services and you are constantly looking for new stimuli, we want to meet youIf you like to provide excellent solutions to problems to customers, meeting and exceeding their expectations on every occasion, CloudFire and the Cloud Engineer are right for you.What will your challenges be as Cloud Engineer?Dare technical support for the services offered by the company;Reach targets than efficiency and stability CloudFire services;Demonstrate effectiveness in prevention and trouble shooting in client/server computer architectures;Managing the relationship with the customer;You will be asked dynamism and flexibility in analyzing problems and requests, which through consistency and training will become your main characteristics.We are interested in knowing profiles and talents regardless of their level, from Junior to SeniorWe expect you to already haveKnowledge of Windows Client/Server operating systems with Active Directory and Terminal Server roles;Basic knowledge Linux server operating systems (Debian, Suse, Ubuntu and others.. );Basic knowledge of Virtualization environments;Basic knowledge of application servers, databases (MySQL and SQL Server) and physical/virtual infrastructure backup;Operating bases in the networking field (Routing, Subnetting, VLAN, DNS, VPN, firewall);Decent knowledge of the English language.Ability to manage and maintain Linux and Windows servers, even on virtualization and cloud platforms;Ability to administer and maintain workstation hardware and software, internal and perimeter network infrastructure, to be carried out both remotely and on-site at the customer\'s premises;IT/Scientific Diploma or degree and minimum experience in the IT sector;CloudFire is committed to creating a diverse, dynamic and inclusive work environment.We are a young team constantly looking for innovation and as such you will have the opportunity to work with a technical support team with years of experience, with which you will manage and improve each CloudFire service, until you reach complete autonomy.Our corporate culture rewards personal growth, communication and mutual respect, and since we are determined to maintain a strong innovative focus, we never stop learning.What are you waiting for?Apply as a Cloud Engineer and join the CloudFire Team#scaleITnow#J-*****-Ljbffr
