About UsSANY Group is one of the world's leading manufacturers of construction and heavy machinery, recognized for its commitment to excellence, innovation, and integrity.As our European operations continue to expand, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tax Manager / Specialist to join our finance team in Italy in Mediolan or Turin.The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with all local and international tax regulations while developing effective tax strategies that support the company's growth and long-term objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesIndependently manage corporate tax filings, including Value-Added Tax (VAT) and Corporate Income Tax (CIT).Identify potential tax and business risks, and develop practical solutions to address them.Oversee all aspects of the company's tax compliance and ensure timely filing and payments.Provide strategic tax planning and advisory support to minimize tax liabilities and optimize business outcomes.Manage relationships with external tax advisors and liaise with tax authorities as required.Monitor changes in tax laws and evaluate their impact on the company's operations.Support and manage tax audits, ensuring proper documentation and effective risk control.Collaborate with the accounting and finance teams during month-end and year-end closings.Prepare and maintain tax reports, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; a CPA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.Minimum 5 years of professional experience in tax management or tax advisory, ideally gained within a multinational organization or a Big Four firm.Strong understanding of Italian and international tax regulations.Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.Fluent in Italian, English and Chinese.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build trusted relationships.Why Join SANYBe part of a global industry leader with a strong presence across Europe and worldwide.Join a company that values innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.Contribute to strategic financial projects and make an impact on SANY's European expansion.Enjoy a dynamic, international work environment with opportunities for development.#J-*****-Ljbffr
