OverviewAmazon MGM Studios is the home for talent, creating and producing original films and television series for a global audience.Original series premiere exclusively on Prime Video, which is available in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide.Amazon MGM Studios also produces and acquires Original movies for theatrical release and exclusively for Prime Video.Amazon MGM Studios is looking for a Key Art / Print Producer to join our Key Art Production team.This team manages the finishing, adaptations and delivery of static digital artwork and all printed materials, including out-of-home (OOH) for Amazon MGM Studios Series and Movie campaigns.We work closely with internal and external studio services to create high-quality creative that is designed, localized and finished for multiple channels, and localized for an impactful customer experience in multiple markets.The ideal candidate strives to balance creative quality and operational efficiency, and is well-versed in managing creative work through internal teams or external vendors, and has developed strong vendor management practices.Responsibilities- Produce digital and print key art assets and breakouts for use across diverse media mixes, including but not limited to Amazon owned & operated channels (Amazon.com placements), paid digital placements, OOH, paid and organic social- Ability to read and understand spec sheets to accurately QC incoming files- Check files for correct pixel count, dimensions or other specs called out on spec sheets- Ensure assets are in the correct color space and understand when to leverage specific color profiles- Understand the difference between vector and bitmap files and when it is appropriate to use each- Assess required resolution to ensure that our OOH materials print at a high quality bar- Liaise closely with internal campaign management and creative leads to understand campaign goals, creative strategy and overall project constraints including budgets and timelines- Successfully manage internal creative reviews and approvals- Own communications with external vendors to produce finished art and all relevant adaptations- Manage art finishing including proof reviews to ensure creative quality and color accuracy is achieved- Advise on creative design direction in relationship to various breakouts and based on expert knowledge of media type- Translate complex media plans into clear creative production plans, and recommend solutions that maximize quality, within set budget and timeline limitations- Responsibly manage artwork finishing and asset production budgets with regular reporting to campaign management and marketing finance teams- Where relevant, optimize project management system and workflow to simplify end-to-end production and invent scalable asset creation processes- A day in the life: Attend daily and weekly meetings with campaign teams to align on asset development timelines and budgets, problem-solve and make production decisions- Manage the full production lifecycle with our in-house team and external vendors, ensuring assets are delivered on-time and on-budget- Before assets reach our creative team, conduct detailed technical reviews of finishing and key art breakouts—QC/'ing file specs, color accuracy, resolution requirements, and format compliance- You will own budget management and production tracking across Airtable, Smartsheets, and Wrike, using these systems to forecast resource needs and provide data-driven insights- You will orchestrate the printing and delivery of Out-of-Home units, coordinating install schedules with our media agency and posting companies while managing technical specifications and logistics- About the team: Our team has a high level of expertise in developing Print and Key Art for title campaigns, including various printing technologies such as large format digital, offset, flexo and short run digital printingBasic Qualifications- 3+ years of creative services experience- Knowledge of deliverables and technical specs for streaming assets- Experience and understanding of the workflow within a marketing, production, or creative department or company- Experience working at or with a creative or advertising agency, network, streaming service or studio- Experience working with stakeholdersPreferred Qualifications- Experience working on or with large-scale, global creative campaigns- Experience with asset management, design workflows, or partnering with creative teams- Experience in entertainment, brand or production entity- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite applications, with high proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat using macOSAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.Los Angeles County applicants: Job duties for this position include: work safely and cooperatively with other employees, supervisors, and staff;
