Commodity Buyer EMS/Electronic Components (m/f/d)Alpitronic is seeking a Commodity Buyer to manage procurement of electronic components and EMS.Your ResponsibilitiesIdentify and qualify new suppliers for electronic components and EMS in collaboration with R&D, Cost Engineer, Supply Chain, Quality and relevant company departments.Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, covering both technical and commercial terms.Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent performance and resolve issues, including monitoring supplier performance against defined metrics and collaborating on continuous improvement initiatives.Regularly review and update pricing, terms, and conditions to reflect market trends and business requirements.Conduct in-depth market analyses to identify trends, benchmark costs, and support strategic sourcing decisions.Analyze and evaluate supplier bids to secure the best value for the organization.Conduct supplier scouting and on-site visits to evaluate capabilities and development potential, ensuring alignment with the company's quality and performance standards.Manage the placement of purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery while tracking goods received and processing invoices.Your Qualifications & SkillsFluent knowledge of English (spoken and written); knowledge of German or Italian is a plus.Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Energy Engineering or similar.5+ years of experience in EMS/Electronic procurement.Proven experience in market and supplier analysis.Expertise in introducing and/or optimizing procurement tools and systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.Solution-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.Our CommitmentInnovative work environment in a young, dynamic team.High-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobility.Opportunities for advancement in a growing company.A wide range of further training opportunities.Attractive bonus system and performance-related pay.Additional company benefits.Why AlpitronicTogether with our customers, we are driving the world towards sustainable mobility – with cutting-edge technology, we inspire with the most innovative and reliable solutions.With our roots in South Tyrol, we are market and innovation leaders and set the future charging infrastructure standards from our locations in Bolzano/Bozen, Bergamo, Bologna, Munich and Charlotte (USA).#J-*****-Ljbffr
