Randstad Digital, società specializzata nella selezione di profili ICT, è alla ricerca di un Solution Specialist per un prodotto applicativo , con assunzione diretta a tempo indeterminato da parte dell'azienda cliente .Contesto tecnologico e sfidaIl nostro cliente è una realtà riconosciuta sul mercato per un prodotto proprietario di qualità che negli anni ha saputo acquisire numerosi ed importanti clienti in varie segmenti di mercato (Industriale, Bancario, Farmaceutico ecc).In ottica di potenzialmente del team interno, ci hanno incaricato di ricercare un professionista che si occuperà dell'implementazione tecnica delle soluzioni di Enterprise Content Management (ECM) .Non sarai solo un tecnico, ma un vero e proprio consulente, capace di interpretare i bisogni operativi e tradurli in configurazioni efficaci.le.Il Tuo RuoloIn qualità di Solution Specialist, sarai il ponte tra le esigenze di business e le soluzioni tecnologiche.Ti occuperai di ridisegnare i processi aziendali rendendoli più fluidi, veloci e digitali.Le tue responsabilità principali:Process Automation: Analizzerai i processi esistenti per progettare e implementare workflow automatizzati tramite piattaforme low-code/no-code (n8n, PowerAutomate, Make).Document Lifecycle Management: Gestirai l'intero ciclo di vita dei documenti, dalla creazione alla firma digitale, fino alla conservazione a norma.System Integration: Collegherai sistemi eterogenei tramite piattaforme di orchestrazione e API per garantire flussi di dati efficienti.Supporto e Formazione: Redigerai documentazione tecnica e guiderai gli utenti finali nell'adozione delle nuove soluzioni.Must-have:Esperienza consolidata in Digitalization & Workflow AutomationOttima conoscenza di strumenti di orchestrazione come n8n (o simili: Zapier, Make, Power Automate).Competenza su sistemi ECM (preferibilmente M-Files, o FileNet, OnBase, eDocs).Padronanza dell'ecosistema Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Office 365).Familiarità con Firma Digitale e procedure di conservazione sostitutiva.Plus graditi:Esperienza con strumenti RPA (UiPath, Blue Prism).Conoscenza base di SQL Server (query semplici) e linguaggi di scripting (Python, JavaScript o PowerShell).Interesse per il mondo AI & Microsoft Copilot.Soft SkillProblem Solving: Capacità di scomporre problemi complessi e trovare soluzioni creative.Comunicazione: Abilità nel tradurre concetti tecnici per stakeholder non tecnici.Orientamento al Risultato: Proattività nella gestione delle priorità e rispetto delle scadenze.Teamwork: Capacità di collaborare con team cross-funzionali.Sede di Lavoro: raggiungibile solamente in macchina, ampio parcheggioPacchetto retributivo: Fisso+ welfare e Buoni pasto
