Favorire la fidelizzazione attraverso engagement, acquisizione e retention. Gestire le attività CRM, l'integrazione degli strumenti digitali e supervisionare le situazioni di vendita o post-vendita più delicate nel rispetto delle procedure aziendali. Costruire, sviluppare e guidare un team ad alte prestazioni tramite attività di selezione, coaching e piani di crescita. Promuovere una mentalità orientata al servizio couture, garantire una comunicazione efficace e mantenere un ambiente di lavoro positivo e motivante.
Supervisionare la pianificazione del personale, le valutazioni delle performance e il rispetto delle normative del lavoro. Supervisionare il magazzino e i processi inventariali, garantendo sicurezza, rotazione e corretta gestione del prodotto, inclusi i resi di fine stagione. Assicurare la piena conformità operativa, la manutenzione del punto vendita e un reporting accurato su vendite e costi. Garantire la corretta esecuzione delle linee guida di Visual Merchandising.
Mantenere elevati standard di immagine e pulizia del negozio. Collaborare con l'Head Quarter per aggiornamenti e miglioramenti continui.
Requisiti
del profiloSolide capacità di leadership e sviluppo del team. Eccellente conoscenza dei KPI retail e comprovata capacità di guidare le performance.
