Join a global leaderinpetrochemical valveandactuation systems— now drivinginnovationingreen hydrogen.IMI Remosa, a long-establishedleaderin thepetrochemical sectorand part ofIMI Group, specializes in thedesignandmanufacturingofvalves,actuators, andhydraulic control systemsforrefineryandpetrochemical plants.As part of our strategicexpansion, we are now developing andindustrializing electrolyzer technologiesforgreen hydrogen production.The position is based at ourengineeringandmanufacturing siteinUta (Cagliari, Sardinia).Role OverviewTheProject Managerwill be responsible for leadingcomplex engineering projectsfromproposaltodelivery, ensuringtechnical alignment,budgetandschedule control, and smoothcoordinationamonginternalandexternal stakeholders.The ideal candidate has experience inindustrialorplant-related environmentsand excels incross-functional leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full project lifecycle:planning,execution,monitoring, andclosure.Lead multidisciplinary teams(engineering,procurement,production,quality,service).Develop and maintain project schedules,budgets, andrisk assessments.Ensureproject deliverablescomply withtechnical specifications,quality standards, andcustomer requirements.Coordinatewithclients,suppliers, andinternal stakeholdersontechnicalandproject matters.Overseedocumentation,reporting, andcommunication channels.Identify and mitigate project risks; implementcorrective actionswhen needed.Supportcommissioningandstart-up activitiesofelectrolysis systems(international travelmay be required).Ensure adherence toHSE,company procedures, andinternational standards.Technical RequirementsDegree in Engineering(Mechanical,Chemical,Electrical,Industrial, or related fields).5+ years of experienceinproject managementwithinindustrial plants,EPC environments, orcomplex engineered systems.Strong understanding ofengineering processes, preferably inpetrochemical,energy, orhydrogen technologies.Familiarity withproject management methodologiesandtools(e.g.,MS Project,Primavera).Ability to readtechnical documents:P&ID,datasheets,specifications.Fluency in English(written and spoken).Soft SkillsStrongleadershipandteam coordination capabilities.Excellentcommunicationandstakeholder management skills.Negotiationandconflict resolution abilities.Analytical thinkingandstructured problem-solving.Ability tomanage prioritiesandwork under pressure.High sense ofownership,quality, andsafety.Nice to HaveExperience inEPCorhighly engineered products.Knowledge ofATEX,IEC/ISO standards, andindustrial safety frameworks.Prior experience withhydrogen,electrolysis, orenergy transition projects.PMP®,PRINCE2®, or equivalentcertifications.What We OfferThe opportunity to leadhigh-impact projectsin thehydrogenandelectrolysis sector.Akey rolein adynamicandinnovative environmentwithin asolid global group.Continuous professional developmentand exposure tointernational stakeholders.Work location inSardinia, withcutting-edge engineeringandmanufacturing facilities.#J-*****-Ljbffr
