Are you an entrepreneurial thinker?Do you want to join a dynamic team with a strong sense of purpose that thrives on finding new ways to tackle challenges?Then ourCommercial, Marketing & Salesteam is the right place for you: whether you're passionate about Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Commercial Excellence or Sales.We analyse the market to find out exactly what patients need, and then we provide pain treatments that improve their lives – while creating value for Grünenthal.We strive to make progress towards our vision of a world free of pain – every single day, one patient at a time.We'd love you to help us make a powerful impact on the lives of people living with pain around the globe.What the job looks likeEach day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:Developing and implementing cross-functionally the medical local asset/customer strategic and tactical plans (in alignment with GHQ), while creating and adapting high quality scientific/medical asset contents adjusted to the needs of the local environmentYou will be the strategic medical partner of the Portfolio & Commercial department in the implementation of the business strategyLeading the medical-scientific communication and training in the company, being accountable for scientific/medical contents of unbranded and branded material for key assets as well as for symposia, advisory boards, round-table meetings, webinars in alignment with the cluster strategyStrategic outcome-focused external engagement across the healthcare ecosystem, driving impactful partnerships that support company priorities (KEEs, Scientific Societies, pharmacists, nurses, payers, patients' associations...)Gathering, analyzing and structuring valuable insights about the therapeutical area and/or the assets under your responsibility to inform strategic decision-making aligned to organizational strategyInitiating, developing, designing, reviewing and being responsible for the clinical projects in alignment with GHQDeveloping and coordinating integrated evidence plans (publications, abstracts, posters)Collaborating with the Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance department in the safety activities related to his/her productsWhat you'll bring to the tableTo make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:Successfully completed studies in Medicine, preferably with PhDFluency in Italian and EnglishStrong and proved professional experience as a Medical Advisor/Medical Affairs Manager, ideally in the area of painExperience in KEE network buildingExcellent understanding of ecosystem of healthcare and its stakeholders, Medical-scientific communication incl.presentation, training skills and training techniquesBreakthrough Thinking, Strategic leadership and innovationLeadership, cross-functional and multicultural team working skillsBusiness Acumen, understanding of Business Marketing, Market Access and Medical trends (regional, national and international landscape)Experience in digital content management is a plusGrünenthal is a global leader in pain management and related diseases.As a science-based, privately-owned pharmaceutical company, we have a long track record of bringing innovative treatments and state-of-the-art technologies to patients worldwide.Our purpose is to change lives for the better – and innovation is our passion.We are focussing all of our activities and efforts on working towards our vision of a world free of pain.Grünenthal is headquartered in Aachen, Germany, and has affiliates in 28 countries across Europe, Latin America and the US.Our products are available in more than 100 countries.In ****, Grünenthal employed around 4,300 people and achieved sales of € 1.8 billion.#J-*****-Ljbffr
