ICT Infrastructure Services Specialist role at Bolton5 days ago Be among the first 25 applicantsHoldingInformation & Communication TechnologyPermanentMilan, ItalyICT Infrastructure Services SpecialistWe are looking for an ICT Infrastructure Services Specialist to join our ICT team in Bolton Group based in Italy, Milan.How you make the differenceThe role's main responsibilities will be driving the successful delivery of IT projects, managing key suppliers, and ensuring exceptional service levels.AgendaLead and manage the delivery of multiple IT infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key infrastructure vendors and service providers, managing contracts and SLAs (Service Level Agreements) to achieve optimal performance.Implement and oversee IT service management processes, ensuring seamless service delivery to internal stakeholders.Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of IT infrastructure operations.Champion and drive technical innovation within the infrastructure environment, exploring and implementing new technologies to optimize efficiency and security.Work collaboratively with the cyber security team to assess vulnerabilities, develop remediation plans, and ensure their successful implementation.Support the company's multi-cloud migration journey with particular focus on Microsoft 365 and Azure environment.Your TeamYou will report directly to our ICT Infrastructure Manager.Additionally, you will collaborate with the ICT Infrastructure team.What Makes You a Great FitBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.About 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure project management or a similar role.Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks (ITIL preferred).Strong knowledge of one of more of the following platforms: Microsoft 365 and MS operating systems, Unix/LinuxExperience in Identity Management and system integrations.Experience in managing vendors and service providers.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with concurrent priorities.What's In For YouWork location: Milan, ItalyContract type: PermanentWorking Hours: Full TimeRemote Working: Standard business hours with remote working options availableAbout BoltonBolton is an Italian family-owned fast-moving consumer goods company with 10,500 people located across 60 offices, 17 production facilities, 10 R&D laboratories, and 14 fishing vessels worldwide.With a diverse portfolio of over 60 quality brands, Bolton has been enriching the lives of millions of people every day for more than 75 years, making their everyday more delicious, more enjoyable, useful, and beautiful.Grow Your Future with Us, Apply nowSeniorities and TypesSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: ContractJob function: OtherIndustries: Manufacturing#J-*****-Ljbffr
