Adecco Italia spa is looking for a GENERAL ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST for a major client in pharmaceutical sector.In this role, reporting to the Associate Director General Accounting, he/she will manage various accounting activities related to US GAAP and local GAAP results.This includes both accounting, financial analysis and internal control related matters performed locally or through partner teams (e.g. Business Services Center, CoEs).Required Fluent in Italian and in English Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business Administration/Finance Minimum 1+ years experience in a similar position in multinational business environment Business & Financial Acumen Learning mindset Project management knowledge Advanced analytical skills and problem solving attitude Proactive team player with a focus on collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with critical attention to details and deadlines Attitude to work in an international environment and capacity to build strong relationships with all stakeholders Works well independently and with others, and has strong time management and prioritization skills Ability to work well under pressure, work accurately with attention to detail, and meet deadlines in a fast-pace work environment Strict adherence to and local regulation confidentiality requirements Advanced IT skills Keen to work within a dynamic environment, with high performance expectationsRequired Skills:Accountability, Accountability, Accounts Receivable (AR), Business, Communication, Corporate Experience, Credit Management, Data Management, Detail-Oriented, Financial Accounting, Financial Accounting Controls, Financial Analysis, Financial Forecasting, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Financial Statement Review, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Interpersonal Relationships, Invoice Processing, Key Performance Indicators (KPI), New System Implementations, Order to Cash (OTC), Payment Handling, Preparation of Financial Reports, Pressure Management, Project Management We offer a 12-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of a permanent contract.Location ??Rome (Saxa Rubra).Smart working is expected two days a week.The annual salary will be commensurate with the candidates experience.Responsabilita: Primary Activities: The key objective of the role is to ensure accurate and compliant accounting results in the Italian legal entities for US GAAP and local GAAP.Main responsibilities include but are not limited to the following, either managed in collaboration with the Business Service Centers and CoEs or linked to local responsibilities: Accounting to Reporting activities both for local GAAP and for US GAAP purposes Preparing and closing of the books on a monthly basis; Managing the monthly closing process in cooperation with the EMEA Business Services Center as well as budget holders and financial analysts, preparing and/or reviewing SAP accounting journal entries and various other accounting activities as and when required Support the yearly closing of group reporting and local statutory books from an accounting perspective Posting quarterly accrual of current and deferred income taxes Locally specific sales accounting, pension & benefits accounting Inventory and Assets management Reconcile assigned Balance Sheet accounts Oversight of the Source to Settle cycle in cooperation with the EMEA Business Service Center Support internal and external audits Ensure compliance with regulations Support new system implementations Monitor key performance indicators mainly in the AtR and StS area and address any action required (e.g. through review of dashboards and implementation of action plans) Support the Finance team in various financial activities (e.g. preparation of reports, various ad hoc analysis, review of exceptions, implementation of remediation actions) Provide support in executing financial and cross-functional projects working with the global and local team to ensure timely and effective implementation Provide support on ad hoc requests to the business Work effectively with key-stakeholders within Finance and across Functions and different levels of management Esperienze lavorative: addetto alla contabilita generale - 12 mesi Titolo di studio: Laurea Magistrale - Economico / Giuridico - Economia Aziendale Laurea Magistrale - Economico / Giuridico - Economia e finanza Lingue conosciute: Inglese: Comprensione Ottimo Competenze: Contabilita - Contabilita Analitica, livello Ottimo Altro - Principi Contabili Generalmente Accettati (GAAP), livello Ottimo Altro - US Gaap, livello Ottimo Disponibilita oraria: Full Time
