we promise a journey of learning, impact and purpose.Ready to change the world of law?Your Mission as a Sales Area ManagerWe are looking for an experienced and results-drivenSales Area Managerto lead and expand our independent sales network across the national territory.You will be responsible for building, training, and motivating a high-performing team of independent sales agents, driving ambitious targets, and identifying new commercial opportunities in your assigned area.This role requires exceptional leadership, coaching and strategic planning skills.Key ResponsibilitiesNetwork Leadership:Recruit, coordinate and managea network of independent sales agents across the national territory.Training & Coaching:Ensure comprehensivecommercial and product trainingfor the sales agents, and continuouslymonitor their performanceand professional development.Strategy & Targets:Define ambitious sales objectivesandimplement effective strategiesto achieve assigned revenue targets and KPIs.Sales Support:Coach and supportsales agents in complex negotiations and provide guidance throughout the entire sales process.Performance Analysis:Collect and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting results directly to the Commercial Director.Motivation & Engagement:Maintainconstant communicationwith the sales network, ensuring a high level ofmotivation and engagement.Business Development:Identify new commercial growth opportunitiesand potential markets within the area of competence.What You Bring to the Table (Skills & Experience)You are a decisive leader with a proven ability to manage and inspire a sales team of independent agents towards significant results.Leadership Experience:Consolidated experienceas anArea Manager, Team Leader or Sales Managerin a B2B environment.Network Management:Demonstrable track recordin managing and developing networks ofindependent sales agents/agencies.Team Leadership:Excellent leadership, management and motivational skillsfor heterogeneous teams.Ownership & Organization:Autonomyin activity management and strongorganisational skills.Bonus PointsIndustry Knowledge:Knowledge of thelegal sectoror interest in newtechnologies applied to law(preferred).WHAT WE BRING TO THE TABLEAtLexroom.ai, you'll collaborate with some of the brightest minds in tech and legal AI.Our small, entrepreneurial teams are driven by impact and autonomy, allowing you to contribute directly to revolutionising the legal industry.You'll work side by side with pioneers who are as passionate about innovation as they are about personal and professional growth.We believe in hiring exceptional talent and empowering them to lead.As one of the first hires atLexroom.ai, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of legal technology.Your contributions won't just be noticed—they'll be transformative.Here, age and title don't define your impact;
