Per una ESCO con importante piano di crescita, detenuta da un fondo di private equity, ricerchiamo un Asset Manager con solida esperienza nella gestione diprogetti fotovoltaici.ASSET MANAGER-Fotovoltaico - H*******Sede di lavoro: MilanoL'Asset Manager, che risponderà al Coordinatore Project Manager, sarà responsabile della gestione tecnica, economica e amministrativa degli impianti di proprietà o in gestione per conto terzi.L'obiettivo è massimizzare la performance degli asset, garantendo efficienza operativa, conformità normativa e ottimizzazione dei ricavi.Le responsabilità principali saranno:monitoraggio delle performance degli impianti fotovoltaici;analisi dei KPI energetici ed economici, individuazione di anomalie e definizione di azioni correttive;gestione dei contratti di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria, coordinamento dei fornitori e supervisione delle attività sul campo;controllo dei costi operativi e predisposizione del budget annuale;verifica della conformità normativa e delle scadenze autorizzative (GSE, Terna, ARERA, ecc.);gestione delle relazioni con clienti, partner e stakeholder;redazione di report periodici per la direzione;supporto alle attività di due diligence e valutazione di nuovi asset.RequisitiLaurea in Ingegneria (preferibilmente Elettrica, Energetica o Gestionale) o discipline affini;4/5 anni di esperienza nella gestione di impianti fotovoltaici o in ambito energy management;Conoscenza delle normative di settore e dei meccanismi incentivanti;Familiarità con contratti EPC e OCapacità di analisi dei dati e utilizzo di software di monitoraggio;Ottime doti organizzative e di problem solving;Conoscenza lingua inglese fluente, sia scritto che parlato.
