About Sensory DesignSensory Design is anAI-driven Creative Innovation Lab, crafting next-generation visual experiences at the intersection of design, artificial intelligence, and emotion.What We DoWe develop cutting-edge solutions such as:Alteryon - AI-powered digital avatarsFeelkits - multisensory creative experiencesWe work with premium and luxury brands across Europe, merging hyper-realistic AI media, storytelling and advanced production workflows.About the RoleWe're looking for a talented and forward-thinking AI Video Designer with a strong background in AI-driven content creation, cinematic storytelling, and avatar generation.This role sits at the crossroads of creativity and deep tech, producing high-end AI video experiences for premium brands and global campaigns.You will experiment, design, and produce using the most advanced generative tools, contributing to the creation of visual languages that do not yet exist.ResponsibilitiesDesign, produce, and edit AI-generated video content using state-of-the-art tools (Runway, Pika, Veo, Sora, HeyGen, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, etc.)Create and animate AI avatars, integrating text-to-video and voice synthesis technologiesDevelop cinematic storytelling formats combining creativity, data, and automationCollaborate with creative directors, strategists, and developers to deliver high-end visual experiences across digital platformsResearch and implement emerging tools and workflows in AI media designEnsure that all visual outputs meet the highest aesthetic and brand standardsRequirementsProven experience in video production, motion design, or digital art directionStrong command of AI content creation tools (text-to-video, avatar generation, voice synthesis, generative visuals)Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop) and related softwareExcellent sense of storytelling, rhythm, and visual compositionAttention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects autonomouslyFluency in Italian and English (German is a plus)A refined aesthetic sensibility aligned with luxury and high-end communicationBenefitsThe opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI media projects, shaping the future of digital contentA collaborative, international environment with deep focus on innovation and design excellenceExposure to global brands and next-generation creative technologiesProfessional growth within a fast-evolving studio that blends design, AI, and storytellingHybrid work model from our Milan studioSeniority LevelEntry levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionArt/CreativeIndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting#J-*****-Ljbffr
