4 days ago Be among the first 25 applicantsDirect message the job poster from e-Motion Hybrid Systemse-Motion is a company specialized in marine hybrid propulsion.e-Motion is the only supplier of standardized hybrid propulsion systems that fit into the existing engine room of all serial production yachts from ****** feet.For over 10 years, we have operated with passion and innovation, delivering marine hybrid systems worldwide.We are seeking an experienced Electrical Designer & Project Manager with a strong background in the yachting industry.The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with project management skills to oversee hybrid electrical systems and coordinate project execution from the design to delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign of electrical systems (low voltage, high voltage, automation, CAN and ethernet network)Drafting of electrical schematics, layouts, and technical documentationTechnical management of projects: planning, progress monitoring, cost controlCoordination with technical office, production team, suppliers and clientsLiaison with certification bodies (e.g., RINA, Lloyd's Register)RequirementsDegree in Electrical EngineeringMinimum 5 years of experience in similar roles within the marine or related industriesProficiency in electrical CAD software (e.g., EPLAN, SPAC, AutoCAD Electrical)Ability to interpret technical standards and industry regulationsStrong organizational, communication and problem-solving skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with yachts over 24 metersKnowledge of hybrid/electric propulsion systemsWillingness to travel to shipyards and suppliersWhat We OfferDynamic and stimulating work environment in a growing sectorOpportunities for professional developmentInnovative projects and direct contact with international clientsSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionEngineering and Information TechnologyIndustriesMachinery Manufacturing#J-*****-Ljbffr
