SCRUM)Incident-, Request-, Problem- and Changemanagement for the accounted processes / applicationsChanges (u.a. migrations, processes) accompany/manage etc.Creation of concepts for the hamonisation, digitalisation and automatisation accounted processes / applicationsSteering of the requirement management (u.a.
