Job Description Caesar Augustus is a dynamic and welcoming establishment offering a premier bar experience to our customers.With a commitment to quality service, innovative cocktails, and a vibrant atmosphere, we aim to provide an exceptional hospitality experience.We are looking for a motivated and experienced Bar Manager to join our team and lead our bar operations to new heights.Role Overview The Bar Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bar, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service.The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, a strong understanding of bar management, and excellent leadership skills.You will be tasked with delivering top-notch service, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and implementing strategies to maximize efficiency and profitability.Key Responsibilities Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise bar staff.Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure high performance and maintain a positive work environment.Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, ordering, and inventory control.Ensure the bar is always stocked with necessary supplies and materials, while managing waste and minimizing costs.Customer Service Excellence: Ensure customers receive prompt, friendly, and high-quality service.Address any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.Cocktail and Menu Creation: Work with the team to develop creative cocktail menus and ensure the quality of beverages is consistent.Stay current with industry trends and innovate with new offerings.Compliance
