Chaberton Professionals, divisione di Chaberton Partners specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di profili di Middle e Senior Management, per prestigiosa realtà attiva nella commercializzazione di pompe, elettropompe e sistemi per la movimentazione di fluidi è alla ricerca una figura di Export Sales.La figura sarà responsabile dello sviluppo e dell'implementazione di strategie commerciali volte a incrementare vendite e redditività.Il ruolo prevede la gestione di un pacchetto clienti Italia ed estero.Responsabilità principali: - Gestire e sviluppare un pacchetto clienti esistente (Italia + estero), con focus sul territorio Europeo (75%); - VenditaB2B diprodotti industriali e tecnici altamente specializzati (pompe, elettropompe, sistemi di raffreddamento e termoregolazione), principalmente su commessa e soluzioni personalizzate, con supporto tecnico pre- e post-vendita; - Gestirerelazioni con clienti chiave e distributori, curando la fidelizzazione e la crescita delle partnership; - Negoziazione di condizioni commerciali, prezzi e contratti con clienti industriali e distributori; - Ricerca, selezione e formazione di nuovi partner commerciali.- Monitorare e analizzare le performance di vendita, proponendo azioni correttive per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi annuali.Requisiti: - Formazione in ambito tecnico; - 2-3 anni di esperienza in ruoli commerciali o export sales, preferibilmente in aziende industriali o B2B; - Esperienza nella gestione di pacchetti clienti di medio-alto valore; - Conoscenza fluente dell'inglese; altre lingue straniere saranno considerate un plus; - Disponibilità a viaggi regolari, con una media di 2 viaggi al mese (su settimane alternate) principalmente in Europa.
